Lucia’s Annual Girls Spa Day

An Intimate Luxury Wellness Experience

Saturday, 28 November 2026 | Healing Earth Spa at Laborie Estate, Paarl

Ladies, it’s time to exhale.

After another year of showing up, making things happen and taking care of everyone else, consider this your invitation to be taken care of.

For years, Lucia’s Annual Girls Spa Day has been a special tradition of connection, pampering and personal renewal. This year, we’re bringing the experience to the beautiful Healing Earth Spa at Laborie Estate in Paarl for the first time, with a thoughtfully curated morning of relaxation, indulgence and soul care.

Think soothing spa experiences, incredible facilities, a moment to reconnect with yourself and the kind of luxury that allows you to forget about your to-do list for a little while.

This is your time to unwind, restore and simply be.

Your Spa Day Experience

A moment for you with Lucia

Begin your morning with a guided visioning and journaling session with Lucia Dramat in the tranquil yoga room. Create space to reflect, reconnect with yourself and consider what you want more of in the season ahead.

A luxurious 60-minute massage

Enjoy a relaxing massage designed to ease muscle tension and help you settle into a deeper state of relaxation.

A guided journey through the spa facilities

Your spa experience follows a thoughtfully planned journey designed to help you make the most of the facilities and ease into relaxation. You’ll have a clear sequence to follow, allowing you to experience the facilities, enjoy their restorative benefits and give yourself permission to slow down. No guesswork, no rushing from one experience to the next. Just time to be present, unwind and enjoy every moment.

Time to truly unwind

Enjoy additional time to relax before transitioning to lunch. There’s no need to rush through the morning. This is an opportunity to savour the experience and give yourself the breathing room you rarely make time for.

A thoughtful gift to take home

Leave with a specially curated gift as a reminder to keep making space for yourself long after the day is over.

Good company and a little soul care

Share the experience with a small group of like-minded women in an intimate setting created for relaxation, meaningful connection and a well-deserved end-of-year treat.
